The Webtrix® System Website Admin Area is shared and the entire Webtrix® System works together so that if there is an issue it is most likely fixed before you even know there is an issue and we are continually upgrading the System so it always works.
On top of that because the Webtrix® System is all integrated Google and Bing crawls the entire System... we have had a website showing in the number 1 spot on Google before we completed making it due to the POWER of the Webtrix® System.
However, if you do need some help and Support you can log a Request in your Admin Area and we will get back to you as quickly as we can.
Most requests are processed, or started, as soon as they come in and resolved quickly.
Again we are constantly monitoring and managing the entire Webtrix® System and with the infrastructure we have in place and the level of care and attention to detail we have it is extraordinary rare to have any issues.
